Here you will find some important information concerning the Switching Firmware update for SVX:

If the current Firmware is between version 2000 and 2061, an update to Firmware Version 2066 is required.

Please note, that FW-Version 2066 should only be used for this update process and is not appropiate for long-term usage.

Once the update to FW-Version 2066 is complete, you can update to FW-Version 42XX.

Please Note:

Once the update to Firmware-Version 2066 is complete, it is not possible to do a downgrade to previous versions.
